Office space is expected to more than triple in the next three years according to sources at CB Richard Ellis. The cost of renting office space in Dubai (Dxb) will decline once the supply increases three-fold. Although most predict the increase in supply will result in a decrease in prices, the fact that the area may grow in the same capacity as to supersede planned growth is still apparent. Although the plans are to build 3x the current availability does not stump the growth in the region. In essence the growth in Dxb is among the the highest in the world thus an increase in office space will grow only to correspond to an already expected future demand. Thus the prices might not fall rather remain constant or in a rare case even increase.
