String of hoax calls hit Kuwait

phone

A series of hoax bomb threats have forced Kuwaiti officials to evacuate two aircraft’s and several buildings, the latest of them a hospital last night.

So far the targets were:

The Avenues Shopping Center

American University of Kuwait

A Primary School

Saudi Arabian Airlines Flight from Jeddah

Kuwait Airways Flight

Hospital

All locations were evacuated and searched by special security teams and found to contain no explosives. The authorities are doing a great job concerning this issue, its the media who are left in the dark since no government officials have commented on the events. The local papers are making this issue page one news which would give this individual the attention he is seeking. If a call does come into a local bank, the Central Bank or the Kuwait Stock Exchange what would happen to the economy?
